Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) She is an English musician and singer. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 due to her irresistible electronic pop tunes "Starry Eyed" as well as Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a distinctive soprano scream, and an aptitude to write songs that are emotional with inspiring lyrics. Like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she is at forefront of contemporary mainstream pop as well as artistic independent music. Polydor Records, a major music label, chose to sign the singer and began preparing to release Goulding's debut album.
