Forbes magazine named Addison Rae as the top TikToker around the globe in August 2020. She is also one the most popular people on TikTok. In addition to being a household name for her work on TikTok Addison Rae is also highly well-known in other social media platforms, including Instagram YouTube and Twitter. In 2021 she debuted as a performer by releasing her debut song "Obsessed". When it was released it was ranked 4th on the New Zealand Hot Singles chart.
